Earlier this year, Bungie won a legal battle against the cheat seller AimJunkies, claiming that the cheat provider had infringed on their copyright and trademarks, among other things. The Seattle jury awarded Bungie the win, which amounted to an astonishing $4.3 million in damages and fees. As it stands, the court of appeal affirmed the $4.3 million arbitration award. The refusal of the new trial and appeal means that Bungie can now move forward with the collection of its award. According to the AimJunkies website, the cheat provider still provides cheats to over 100 other different games.
