Marist are through to the South West Hockey League men’s A1 grand final after pulling off a shock qualifying final upset win over Boyanup on Saturday.

The second-placed underdogs had lost their three regular season fixtures to the undefeated ladder-leaders by an aggregate score of 9-4 but sealed their place in the season decider with a 3-2 win at Bunbury Hockey Stadium.
