Star Wars Outlaws has got a rating of 76 by over 70 critics, which is being considered a hoax as the user reviews show a massive difference in the score.

Based on over 600 user ratings, the game got an unfavourable score of 4.8, which is far away from the misleading rating given by the critics, and fans are extremely unhappy with this act.

Ubisoft’s latest game is not the finest Star Wars game, as it has poor gameplay with a weak storyline to drive the game forward. In the months leading up to the game’s release, it managed to generate a lot of hype and was quick to rise to fame, which was quick to dissolve once players got a chance to get their hands on the game.

This post is proof that players are having a hard time digesting the positive reviews the game is getting, given the poor performance, and it also stirs a major cause of concern as the credibility of Metacritic is put into question following this act.

Star Wars Outlaws’ Performance Is Less Than Satisfactory

Star Wars Outlaws got its initial release on August 27. The game did not open up to a satisfactory response from players, as they found the game stale and not exciting enough.

Having said that, it is also fair to mention that it has only been a couple days since the game has been out, and it needs to be given more time to form an informative opinion on it.

Jumping quickly to conclusions is not always the best thing to do, but that still does not justify the misleading reviews that the game received, as it is something beyond what people can digest and forget.

There needs to be a better reviewing system for games in the future, as things can not be going forward the way they are currently. If it persists, then Metacritic’s credibility could be put into serious question. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.
