Rajahmundry: ********* Control Bureau has conducted raid on a manufacturing unit at Ghantavari Palem in Nallajarla police station limits in East Godavari on Saturday night. The sleuths have identified raw material to manufacture Alprazolam in an abandoned unit on the service road at the outskirts of Ghantsvani Vari Palem.

The ********* Control Bureau has found the raw material to manufacture ***** called Alprazolam and arrested three persons namely P Balakrishna belongs to Sanga Reddy district in Telangana, who set up the machinery for the unit. The sleuths have also arrested Venkatesh, Sambhani and Jagadeesh who provided technical assistance to the manufacturers.

The raids are still on and East Godavari police will register case based on the information provided by ********* Control Bureau. According to Kovvuru DSP, G Deva Kumar.
