A couple of showers Sunday evening

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Partly cloudy and muggy tonight with temperatures bottoming out in the mid-70s. We will see another day tomorrow with sun and clouds with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s with the heat index near 100.

Sunday night around 6 p.m. a couple of showers and storms will migrate into the **** Dee we will watch for any impacts to the Cook Out Southern 500 in Darlington. The beach will be dry overnight into Monday.

Throughout Monday, a cold front will be moving into the area. This will present widely scattered showers and thunderstorms. Still a warm and humid day with temperatures on Labor Day in the mid to upper-80s.

The front will move through and then stall to our south through midweek. This will keep rain chances in the forecast but overall it will only be a couple of isolated showers. Temperatures will cool to the low-80s throughout midweek until Friday.
