MinRes Air revealed to be half-owned by Multiplex heir and Chris Ellison associate Tim Roberts

The ownership of Mineral Resources’ in-house airline is split between the miner and Chris Ellison’s billionaire associate Tim Roberts, new documents have revealed.

Recent filings to the corporate regulator show MinRes Air is 50 per cent-owned by the miner and the other half by Mr Roberts via a newly established entity that he directly owns — called AvWest FIFO Pty Ltd.
