receiver Ricky Pearsall was reportedly shot in San Francisco Saturday afternoon.

and said Pearsall is in stable condition. Shortly after, Kirsten Moran-Keller of Fox 40 in Northern California reported that Pearsall was on his way to a signing event at Geary and Market Streets in San Francisco.
