WAFL 2024: Swan Districts run and stun to upset Peel Thunder in qualifying final

Swan Districts are a win away from their first grand final in 14 years, but their 17-point qualifying win over Peel Thunder may have come at a cost, with co-captain Jesse Turner injuring his knee.

The Swans kicked six unanswered goals from the second quarter until late in the third, while they held Peel to only two goals after the first break to set up the 10.5 (65) to 7.6 (48) at Lane Group Stadium on Saturday.
