You’re a scoundrel, after all, so destroyed and abandoned things sound like a perfect opportunity. You can start this quest at the speeder bike shop in Mirogana on Toshara. Head inside the shop on the opposite side of the landing pad. On one of the crates, there’s a data pad with a message about a distress call coming from a crashed speeder somewhere on the planet, starting the quest.
