The Intel System Is Officially Making a Return In COD ****** Ops 6 Zombies

The Intel system is making its grand return in Call of Duty: ****** Ops 6, rekindling a feature that has become synonymous with Activision and Treyarch’s narrative-driven zombies mode. Last seen in Black Ops Cold War, the Intel system is a great addition, considering it makes the story extra special.

There is no denying, from what we have seen so far, that the upcoming game’s zombie mode is going to be special. It looks like Treyarch has taken the good elements from the past Call of Duty games while also adding new features to make something we have never seen before in the franchise.

New maps have been confirmed for zombie mode, while characters like Edward Richtofen are also returning, adding to the overall appeal of the mode. As confirmed during COD Next, the Intel system is coming back, bringing with it an enhanced focus on storytelling and exploration.

If anyone is unaware of the Intel system, it basically comprises various files that are scattered throughout the map. Players who find these files can uncover secret, hidden pieces of lore or contribute to the backstory.

From what we know so far, the Intel system won’t be essential for the story, but rather, it will complement it. Most of the story will be unraveled using cutscenes, so it’s not necessary to find Intel in a game. Furthermore, the Intel system will help players find answers but also leave them confused in some cases.

Even the Multiplayer Mode Is Looking Excellent

It’s not only the COD ****** Ops 6 zombies that are getting special treatment; Even the multiplayer mode looks phenomenal. Treyarch recently dropped a teaser for the multiplayer mode, and from the looks of it and what we know so far, it’s building upto be one of the best we have ever seen.

The mode is going to have a big arsenal of weaponry, providing players with a ******* for every situation. Set in the 1990s, we will see the return of several classic weapons such as Tomahawk and RC-XD.

The camos have also been revealed for the mode, being Gold, Diamond, Dark Spine, and Dark Matter. The exact achievements required to unlock these camos haven’t been revealed yet, but they surely won’t be easy to earn.
