Backmarker Supersession set to steam home in Jolly Beggar Stakes at Belmont

Talented five-year-old and $500,000 earner Supersession will make his return in Saturday’s $100,000 Jolly Beggar Stakes (1000m) at Belmont as a $4 TABtouch second favourite.

The winner of six races was dropped out to second last in a recent Lark Hill trial to warm up for this and made late progress behind Influencing despite a ************* ride from jockey Clint Johnston-Porter.
