Electric Island music concert on Cottesloe beach gets greenlit for second year

A weekend-long dance music festival will be back at Cottesloe beach next April after being approved by council, despite an online petition demanding it be canned.

Up to 9000 electronic and house music fans are again expected to take over the beachfront when the Electric Island concert returns across the weekend of April 5 and 6.
