Victoria Police have now charged a 23-year-old Northcote man with recklessly cause injury, discharge a missile and unlawful ******** following the alleged incident. The 23-year-old has been bailed and is set to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on November 1. Carlton coach Michael Voss previously said the club doesn’t tolerate the incident. “It’s not what footy’s about,” Voss said. “We spend a lot of time around trying to inspire and bring joy, and we want families at our football club. “We want to create that real safe environment and I reckon we do that really well. We’ll continue to reinforce that. “It’s something that hopefully the AFL follow-up pretty strongly. I know our club will.” This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up #Man #charged #goal #umpire #hit #bottle #AFL #match This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up 0 Quote Link to comment https://hopzone.eu/forums/topic/110713-man-charged-after-goal-umpire-hit-with-bottle-during-afl-match/ Share on other sites
