The Password Game is tricky at best, but Rule 13 can stump players if they aren’t glued to their lunar calendar and the moon’s phases.

Rule 13 asks you to include the moon’s current phase as an emoji, so knowing what the current phase is and what emoji it’s represented by is essential to moving on to the next rule.
