Since the announcement of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, fans have eagerly awaited every snippet of information about this highly anticipated remake. As we move closer to the release, more and more information regarding the game has started to surface.

The original Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was released in 2004, more than two decades ago. Gaming technology has grown by leaps and bounds since then, so we can expect a crisp game that retains the original essence with the remake.

Of course, the original Metal Gear Solid 3 is a massive fan favorite, so the expectations are high. When the MGS 3 remake was announced originally, many were skeptical, which is understandable, given the legacy of the game and the series. Nevertheless, the Snake Eater remake so far is looking great, which has got everyone excited.

It goes without saying that the remake will have improved controls and a lot of QoL features. Players will be able to enjoy the game at 60 FPS, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience that enhances both the gameplay and the cinematic feel of the iconic story.

For those who want to enjoy the game in its true essence, there is also a legacy filter. Not much is known about the feature, but it essentially puts a filter of the original game on the remake, recreating the classic visual style and atmosphere that fans of the original Snake Eater will instantly recognize.

Although the game is set to be released in 2024, the exact date hasn’t been revealed yet by Konami. With much hype behind it, it’s one of the biggest releases of the year.
