****** Myth Wukong How to Help Man in Stone?

You’ll be able to find this man trapped in stone in a ravine just at the scaffolding on the right section of the Fright Cliff Area, next to Squall Hideout. Drop down and have a conversation with him, but keep in mind that the drop can take quite a bit of a hit.

Once you speak to him, he’ll reveal that he’s been locked in the terrible rock, and everything around him is cursed stone monsters. Be careful while you explore the area in ****** Myth Wukong. To free him, you must travel and find a special item from a nearby boss.

Now, jump out of the ravine, head to the very top of the main area, and continue right in the direction of where you went from Squall Hideout Shrine to meet the man.

You’ll face a horde of enemies that you must quickly deal with. Cross over the burning torches and go to the steep incline on the far side.

Be aware that you’ll come across a powerful ****** from whom you can obtain a spirit. This is the Poisestone Spirit, which deals a bunch of damage. Take them out and continue to the top. Now, you’ll face off against the Mother of Stones, which is a massive statue with glowing blue crystals popping off of it.

Keep hitting the boss, and look out for the monsters around you. Finish them off, and go back to hitting the boss until she breaks. This will grant you an item, which can be taken back to the Man in Stone to free him.

Once you’ve given Man in Stone the Stone Essence, it will aggravate him, causing him to outright ******* you. Don’t worry, though! All you need to do is dodge and parry his attacks and keep outputting damage.

This ****** doesn’t have a lot of health, so you’ll easily be able to finish this battle.

After you’ve defeated him, you will be granted a Rock Guai: Azure Dust transformation spell, which can help you transform into a Rock Guai, giving you immunity from all status effects. Apart from that, you’ll receive a lot of useful resources.
