Car rollover after collision just metres away from booze bus in Mirrabooka

Booze bus police officers were given more work than they bargained for when a car rolled after a collision.

The accident happened when two cars collided, causing one to rollover near the booze bus, at the intersection of Beach Road and Honeywell Boulevard in Mirrabooka about 4.40pm on Sunday.

The driver of the car that rolled, a woman in her 60s, sustained minor injuries.

Firefighters attended to help the woman out of the car. She was then taken to hospital by St John ambulance.

The driver of the other car, a man in his 60s, was not hurt.

Police investigations into the accident are continuing.
