Tsz Wing Tam: Family of Jefferson Do thank first responders for swift rescue

The family of a severely autistic man, who was locked inside a car at a shopping centre on a sweltering day as his carer shopped inside, has thanked first responders for their swift actions.

Tsz Wing Tam selfishly left Jefferson Do in his vehicle at Joondalup Shopping Centre as he shopped inside, buying himself lunch with Mr Do’s money as he struggled inside the car.
