Sparking Zero and We Just Got Our First Look

Majin Buu Saga marked the end of Dragon Ball Z and gave the fans a worthy ending. Though more sagas emerged following it, it became one of the most beloved arcs the series has ever seen. The arc was the first time we got to see Vegito come out of the Potara fusion.

Now the saga has returned, and it is better than ever. The upcoming Bandai Namco game recently gave us a glimpse of how they have recreated the story. That is certain to give tough competition to the original anime itself.

Fans Cannot Wait for the Game After Witnessing Majin Buu

With those juicy story arcs coming to the upcoming Spike Chunsoft game, Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero‘s story mode is sure to last for years. We have got Saiyan, Namek, and Cell sagas confirmed recently; now it’s time to add the Majin Buu saga to the list.

Bandai Namco recently dropped the details regarding the arc, with some clips showcasing Majin Buu in action. Fans are loving it already.

Upon coming across Majin Buu’s showcase, this one fan was mesmerized by the looks of it.

Now fans cannot wait to get their hands on Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. There’s still some time, so they better hold the horses.

As we are now sure to ***** into the story, we may now expect to see characters like Majuub in the game.

Majin Buu Wasn’t an Easy Dragon Ball Character to Create

Creating this particular story arc was challenging for the game’s developers. Majin Buu is one character that is different from most of the others that have appeared in the series. So, it was natural for the developers to give some extra care to the ‘****‘.

Majin Buu has many special moves, and compared to human characters, he has many unusual movements, such as extending his arms and making his body look like a ball, so it was a little challenging.

Akira Toriyama, the creator of the popular anime, himself said that creating the villain was a hard nut to ******. Interestingly, Buu was modeled after Fuyuto Takeda, Toriyama’s editor during that time.

When one digs deeper into the character’s creation, they will find that the term ‘Majin‘ was derived from ‘Djinn‘, a creature from Arabic folklore. His name and his masters’ names, Babidi and Bibidi, were inspired by a novelty song, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo.
