Police are investigating how a car managed to ****** into a hospital, causing structural damage, moments after hitting a Tesla.

Paramedics didn’t have to go too far after the Holden four-wheel drive crashed into the Southern Fleurieu Health Service building at Victor Harbor Hospital, south of Adelaide, about 9.10am on Wednesday.
