2025 Volkswagen T-Cross price and specs – UPDATE

The 2025 Volkswagen T-Cross will arrive in Australia from mid-July with higher prices, more tech and greater safety equipment as a part of a mid-life overhaul.

The existing Volkswagen T-Cross lineup, which consisted of the Life and Style, has been bolstered by the addition of a new R-Line variant, no longer merely an option package.

Pricing for the T-Cross Life has increased by $3000 to $33,990 before on-road costs, while the T-Cross Style is up by $4000 to $37,490 before on-road costs.

However, T-Cross Life buyers can benefit from a nationwide drive-away offer, which sees the entry-level SUV priced from $34,990 drive-away.

That makes it up to $700 cheaper, depending on the state, than the outgoing base model despite packing more standard equipment.

UPDATE, August 21, 2024: Volkswagen Australia has now confirmed national drive-away pricing for all three grades of the T-Cross.

Initially only the base model T-Cross Life was listed to feature a national drive-away price, with the other higher grade models listed with pricing before on-road costs.

Volkswagen Australia hasn’t published updated dimensions for the facelifted T-Cross.

The Volkswagen T-Cross is backed by a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty in Australia.

Though Volkswagen Australia has yet to detail service intervals and pricing for the 2025 T-Cross, the 2024 model required servicing every 15,000km or 12 months (whichever came first).

The outgoing model is eligible for capped prices for its first five services, which are detailed below.

Volkswagen Australia says it will also offer three- and five-year service packs for the T-Cross, though pricing is yet to be confirmed.

Safety

The Volkswagen T-Cross received a five-star ANCAP safety rating in 2020, based on tests conducted in 2019. This will expire after six years.
