A bird conservationist and climber has combined his skills in an effort to save a South West cockatoo from extinction.

Carnaby’s Crusaders member Dean Arthurell launched the Baudin’s Artificial Hollow Breeding Project in Nannup last month to save the Baudin’s ****** cockatoo.
