Global Lithium Resources fends off attempted boardroom coup

Global Lithium Resources executive chair Ron Mitchell says he is not privy to why a South Perth property development company has sought to oust two directors from the board.

Shareholder Sincerity Development hit the explorer with notices calling a shareholder meeting to boot independent non-executive directors Greg Lilleyman and Hayley Lawrance off the board, and replace them with a Mr Barry Mitchell.
