PwC’s next chief economist pick Amy Lomas is from WA and ready to tackle the big questions

Amy Lomas was raised in Nannup and publicly-educated, two influences that go some way in explaining her approach as an economist.

The WA native has been selected as PwC’s next chief economist, a role that has been vacant since July 2023 ahead of predecessor Amy Auster’s move to join the Big Four firm’s government services spin-out, Scyne Advisory.
