STM Loves: Rone dining room and bar, Eco Fashion Week Australia, Rolla’s Jeans & The Prospect Project

In a combination described as an *********** first, acclaimed artist Rone and renowned chef Guy Grossi are teaming up for a new bar and restaurant where you can drink and dine amongst art. As part of the TIME • RONE exhibition, which has had record visitor numbers, a prohibition-inspired bar will open on August 29, deep in the Centenary Galleries, offering food and cocktails created by Grossi. On September 5, an “intimate, artistic and richly themed” hidden dining room will open, devised by Rone and featuring a new mural; it will have a four-course menu from Grossi, inspired by Rone’s work, and wines from St Hugo. TIME • DINING will be open for two dinner sittings each evening, Thursday to Saturday; you can book the whole room for 16 people (individual bookings are $350).
