Ringleader of global monkey ******** network, ‘The ******** King’, is charged

According to charging documents, Mr Macartney, who lives in the US state of Virginia, is accused by prosecutors of collecting funds from his chat groups and distributing videos depicting the “********, *******, and ********* sadistic mutilation of animals, specifically juvenile and ****** monkeys”.
