Former mayor John Bowler says Kalgoorlie Bowling Club members, still reeling from the ****** this month of long-time president Brian Osmetti, have been dealt a “double *****” by missing out on State Government funding.

Mr Bowler, who is a KBC member, said Osmetti was the driving force behind efforts to replace the club’s synthetic turf.
