Discounts on the drugs from the 2023 price list range from 38% to 79%. This will mean savings of hundreds or thousands of dollars for 30-day supplies when the new prices take effect in 2026. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services estimate that 8.8 million of the 54 million Americans with Medicare Part D were using these medications last year.
