has missed the mark with its battle pass or shop skins, as it has regularly missed opportunities to give skins to heroes who were well suited for specific battle pass themes or events, such as an Echo skin for the Porsche collab, or a Reinhardt skin for Season 8's Call of the Hunt theme.
