With less than a month to go before the release of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, fans of the series are already speculating what more they would like to see added. Space Marine 2 DLC would certainly add to the already growing hype for the game, and here are nine things the community would love to see as DLCs for the game!

An iconic ******* from Warhammer 40K lore, the Chainaxes would be a worthy addition to the arsenal in Space Marine 2.

While the ******* itself may be considered heretical by the loyal Marines, it would be a fun addition to swing around, especially if it can be woven into the story in some way. It’s just one of the many cool weapons Focus Entertainment can bring to the latest addition to the franchise, and it’s sure to be appreciated by the fans.

Now, we already know that the rival faction of the Space Marines is going to make an appearance in the game. The developer has stated the game will launch with three 6v6 PvP modes featuring the renegades.

But a PvE mode that allows the player to take on the role of a Chaos Space Marine would complete the experience.

There’s a ton of lore behind each armor set in the universe, and fans would love to be able to deck out their Space Marine according to their favorite looks.

Adding new armor and helmet cosmetics might seem trivial to some, but for others, it greatly enhances the experience, and they would gladly pay if they could make their units look as they wish.

6. Endless Horde Mode

A sense of the scale of the war effort and the insurmountable odds are best represented through horde modes. We are going to be getting certain sections in the PvE experience that will have hordes, but fans want more!

They are hoping for an endless horde mode in Space Marine 2 that throws waves upon waves of enemies at the player, allowing them to truly push the Space Marine to their limits.

The Space Marines are already bulky ****** machines, but why stop there? Adding the Terminator armor would be the perfect way to highlight the true combat readiness of the faction.

Plus, fans will get to feel like Iron Man as the Hulkbuster, so it’s a win-win!

Space Marines 2 could take a leaf out of Titanfall’s book and bring mechs into the game as a summonable ally.

Not only would they walk around helping in combat, but allowing the player to pilot the machine would only enhance the experience. Bringing back the Dreadnought ******** mode or even adding the mechs to an endless swarm mode would provide hours of entertainment.

Playing as a Space Marine is going to be fun, but some Warhammer 40K fans want to experience the game through the lens of other characters in the world.

Adding new classes such as Chaplains, Librarians, and Apothecaries as DLC should not only expand the game’s approach, but it will also increase how many times players will replay the title to experience all the classes.

Given the long wait fans have endured for a sequel, Focus Entertainment can, and ideally should, focus on adding more to the story via DLC expansions.

Released periodically, such a model can give the players enough time to enjoy the experience and allow the developers to create some quality additional narratives to be released as DLC.

The Warhammer 40K universe is filled with threats, and the Space Marines are ready to take on anything and everything opposing the Imperium.

In the new story DLCs, the developers could add new ****** types, such as Orcs and Necrons, and also add new ways to take them out to ensure the Imperium’s supremacy.
