Concord Devs Need to Listen to 1 Feedback Above All Else and Include an FPS Mechanic Every Other Shooter Has Had for Years

Over the past weekend, players were provided the opportunity to take part in a Concord Beta early access weekend. This was provided to the gaming community by the development team so that players can try out this new game while also providing feedback to the developers.

When it comes to early access betas like this one, players are provided access to different maps, characters, items, and more depending on the type of game they are playing so that they can provide feedback so that the developers can advance the title into something players want to play, and gamers did not hold back.

Since its announcement, players have taken notice of how Concord looks eerily similar to Overwatch in terms of gameplay, but with a ******* emphasis on a sci-fi theme. But now players have gotten their hands on actual gameplay, and they already have a few corrections for the developers to work on.

post by user Keenan21x, they have already listed a fair amount of minor issues that can easily be rectified by the development team, but there is one issue in said list that stands out amongst the rest.

Forget simple issues like ***** icons on the ***** feed, damage and healing stats on a scoreboard, or even player photos so we know who is who. There is one big issue that this player wants fixed, and that is the lack of auto-reload and reloading while sprinting.

No matter what shooter game you play, there will always be some version of an automatic reload or reload while sprinting to ensure that the pace of the game isn’t ruined, but strangely enough, this mechanic hasn’t been included within Concord, and it is clearly driving players **** already.

Why Is Automatic Reloading and Reloading While Sprinting a Higher Priority Than These Other Issues?

Even though being able to run and **** like a pro-gamer may not be as high on gamers lists as it is for this player, it is still an important feature that will take a lot of work for the developer to work on and will be an important inclusion from the start of the game.

Some of these issues mentioned by Keenan21x are quite small and will only take a small amount of effort from the development team to implement, whereas the reloading issues would likely take a lot more resources and time to implement but would be well worth it if it made the game shine brighter than its competitors.

Since Concord has to compete with Overwatch and other games like it, it would be wise for Concord to follow suit and follow this tradition of auto-reloading and reloading while sprinting in first-person shooters to ensure it doesn’t get ignored for its poor design choices.
