How to Finish Out of Curiosity in Escape from Tarkov

There are some unique tasks in Escape from Tarkov where you need to choose among different tasks, and your choice will severely affect the outcome of the other tasks. The biggest tasks that come to mind are Chemical Part 4, Big Customer, and Out of Curiosity. Here’s a guide on how to finish these tasks in Escape from Tarkov.

How to Complete the Out of Curiosity Task in Escape from Tarkov

After finishing Chemical Part 3 from Skier, you’ll get Chemical Part 4, Out of Curiosity, and Big Customer from Skier, Therapist, and Prapor, respectively. These three tasks have the same objectives, which are to locate the transport with chemicals, mark the vehicle with an MS2000 Marker, and survive and extract on Customs.

Finishing these objectives will complete all three tasks simultaneously, but you have to choose which task to complete first. Let’s first finish the objectives.

How to Mark and Locate the Transport on Customs

The transport is located inside the warehouse next to the ZB-012. Once you are inside, you’ll find a blue van with an open trunk, door, and hood. Go to the back of the blue van and place the MS2000 Marker on the rear. Defend the objective and extract away from Customs.

If you manage to **** after marking the objective, you don’t have to mark the van again. You just have to survive and extract on Customs.

Chemicals Part 4, Out of Curiosity, or Big Customer?

Once you have finished these objectives, it is time to choose among the Therapist, Skier, and Prapor.

The high-value rewards from each trader are the following:

• Therapist – Injectors Case
• Skier – Grenades Case
• Prapor – 2x Ammunitions Case

In terms of value, Prapor and Therapist wins. When it comes to usefulness, Injectors Case should have a higher priority since it is something you can use while in the raid (to store all your injectors in one slot). However, Ammunition Cases are always useful because they save a ton of space in your hideout stash.

The next factor to think about is that you’ll be losing reputation from the other traders. Choosing a Therapist will reduce your reputation with the other two traders. If you are playing with a non-Edge of Darkness or Unheard Edition account, this will significantly impact your progression.

If you have these editions and the reputation boost, Prapor would be slightly ahead since there are several easy Therapist tasks to keep her reputation up.
