James Ng’Ang’A Irungu: NDIS-funded worker jailed for ********* abusing 83-year-old man

An aged care worker employed under the National Disability Insurance Scheme has been jailed for two years for indecently assaulting a vulnerable elderly resident.

James Ng’Ang’A Irungu, 27, was charged with three counts of indecently dealing with an incapable person on March 23 this year, the day after he committed the ******* against the 83-year-old man in Claremont.
