Richmond great Matthew Richardson labels Fremantle Dockers ‘biggest disappointment’ over horror final month

AFL great Matthew Richardson has labelled Fremantle “the biggest disappointment” of the last month of the home and away season after they ******* to qualify for finals.

The Dockers were third at the end of round 20 and pushing for a top-two spot but lost their last four games to plummet down the ladder, finishing 10th.

Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir said the important trio would have likely returned if they made finals, although the Dockers would have been without star midfielder Hayden Young if they had qualified.
