**** of War’s David Jaffe Says What Everyone Else is Thinking About Star Wars Outlaws

The **** of War franchise is a shining example of what a great video game series can be if the developers are fueled by passion and creativity. The recent games revitalized the franchise with the necessary changes to keep up with the demands of the time and concepts appealing to newer players.

The people behind the success of the original trilogy set during the Greek Saga may no longer be involved with the franchise or Santa Monica Studio. Still, the community listens to these gaming veterans and they have earned the right to express their opinions without restraint.

The Creator of **** of War Is Not Afraid to Share His Thoughts On the Latest Star Wars Game

Santa Monica Studio worked on the original trilogy that featured a much more brutal and bloodier version of Kratos and this was the original vision by the creator, David Jaffe. Jaffe wanted the gaming community to feel like a monster in **** of War and thought the best way to do so was by crafting a character that is hellbent on vengeance with a tragic past.

Jaffe has been in the gaming industry for a few years and is well aware and familiar with how things operate. The game developer earned a reputation for being blunt and sarcastic regarding other video games, and the latest Star Wars project from Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment was not free from Jaffe’s tough love and harsh but honest criticisms.

The game has not been officially released but early copies are in the wind for reviewers, and most of them are extremely unsatisfied with the performance of the ****** AI. Times are changing and the gamers are baffled to see how poorly optimized the AI ****** is in the game. Players are convinced this setback pulled them back instead of driving forward.

Jaffe had hands-on with the game for a few hours and played roughly 2-hours before concluding it wasn’t all that bad, but it is far from great. Especially in 2024 when countless developers have already overcome major obstacles to optimize games on whatever hardware making Jaffe’s reaction quite relatable.

The community frequently looks to the insights and perspectives of experienced developers like Jaffe, and he gained their admiration and respect due to his significant contributions and achievements in the gaming industry.

Hopefully, Jaffe’s opinion about the new Star Wars game will not ruin everyone else’s idea about it, and will buy it regardless. Jaffe’s experience in the craft makes him the best person to be a judge and jury for games.

Ubisoft bit more than it could chew this time and the gaming community is witnessing it first-hand as Jaffe didn’t sugarcoat his thoughts. It is time for game developers to be held accountable for their game’s performance.

Jaffe isn’t a pushover and expresses his thoughts freely. Perhaps this will encourage gaming studios to improve and give the fans the game they deserve. Do you agree with David Jaffe? Let us know in the comments section below!
