St Helens sign North Queensland winger Kyle Feldt

St Helens have signed prolific NRL tryscorer Kyle Feldt from North Queensland Cowboys.

Feldt, 32, has agreed a two-year deal and will join the Saints next season.

He has spent 11 years at the Cowboys, scoring 146 tries in 214 appearances, and claimed a late touchdown in the Cowboys’ 2015 grand-final victory over Brisbane Broncos.

“We are always looking to add quality to our squad, and in Kyle we feel we have got exactly that – an experienced and very good player who no doubt will improve us as a team,” Saints head coach Paul Wellens told the club’s website.

“Kyle is a great ball-carrier, a wonderful finisher, and he can kick goals too. He will add a lot to St Helens.”

Feldt also kicked 44 goals for the Cowboys.
