********* Leaves DarkZero On Rough Terms After Three Years On the Team

Troy ‘*********’ Jaroslawski, one of the most decorated Rainbow Six players of all time, has stepped back from DarkZero and will be moving to Soniqs to play out the remainder of the season. In 2021, ********* joined DarkZero after a brief retirement, and not long after he came back, the team won the Six Charlotte Major.

Now, he’s moving away from the team, but it’s not an amicable departure.

‘I Deserved Better’

In a post on social media, DarkZero announce the departure of ********* with a montage of some of the player’s best moments, but the man himself fired back with a damning statement:

After putting the time, effort, sacrifice, and thought that I did into this team for 3 years I thought I deserved better than this coming without any sort of discussion or attempt to resolve issues. I’d be remiss not to say I’m disappointed in how most of the team handled this.

He followed up with a post explaining that he ‘didn’t belong’ at DarkZero and that he’s wholeheartedly looking forward to his future at Soniqs.

********* is a two-time Six Invitational champion and has picked up countless chips elsewhere during his lengthy career. Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of watching ********* compete in Manchester, England during the BLAST R6 Major, which now stands as one of his closing events with DarkZero.

There isn’t a whole lot left in the season, but ********* will play out the remainder of the year with Soniqs before looking to what comes next.
