WA’s top cop has conceded police may well have made “errors” in its dealings with the family of Mark Bombara prior to him murdering two women in Floreat.

But Commissioner Col Blanch denies there was any kind of cover up with regards to an ongoing internal investigation which is examining the circumstances surrounding the tragedy — which claimed the lives of Jennifer Petelczyc and her 18-year-old daughter Gretl.
